How is life coaching different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on an individual's past experiences to formulate a plan for healing. Therapy may be better for clients with severe mental health issues as they may require medication management and coordinated care. Life coaching focuses on a client's current resources with a forward or future based plan for creating more options in everyday life.
